Our story began in 2018, when Tim, after years of working for large companies, noticed a painful gap in the industry:
Customers were paying high prices but not receiving high-quality service.
Frustrated with inconsistent workmanship and pushy sales tactics, he set out to build something better: a company rooted in honesty, education, and high standards.
